Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your order immediately, write us at info@hennashoppe.com Please note that the cancellation must be within 24 hours of placing your order. If the cancellation is done after 24 hours, we cannot guarantee your cancellation request as we deliver fast. Cancellation can only be confirmed if you receive a confirmation email reply or receipt from our end before shipping. We cannot refund the shipping charges if you cancel your order after it is shipped, enter the wrong address, or are refused acceptance by the customer.


Return policy

Find out how to return your item(s) using a hassle-free, few-step return process.

  • Email the Returns Department with product information and order number at returns@hennashoppe.com
  • Wait for the reply authorizing your return (this could take up to 2-3 business days).
  • Once authorized, items must be received unworn, unwashed, and with all tags, receipts, and original packaging intact.

We do not accept returns for henna cones, but if the customer receives a damaged product in any case (shipping could be a reason), please attach the evidence, such as the image of the damaged product, in the mail.


The below-mentioned products are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Henna Cones
  • Sale items. All sales on sale items are final
  • Skincare products.
  • Mystery Box or any other kits
  • Gift cars
  • Henna Powder
  • Henna Paste
  • Aftercare Balm

At Henna Shoppe, we want all our customers to completely love their purchases! However, online shopping sometimes goes differently so we provide 30 days for the customers to return their order. Please ensure, your return is in the original packaging.


Exchange

If you would like to make an exchange, please email us with the details of your requested exchange.

  • Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange.
  • Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a full refund.

    Refund Processing Time

    Allow up to 15 days for your returned order to be processed, reviewed, and your refund to be credited back. With your permission, We will either exchange the goods or replace them.

    Faulty Item

    • Please email returns@hennashoppe.com if you believe your garment has a fault, and we will handle this with the highest priority.
    • Please don’t use or wear any faulty items after finding the fault, as we may not be able to provide a refund.

    NOTE:

     

     

    To protect your henna paste, always freeze it the same day you receive it. Unless you want to utilize them that same day, do not keep them at room temperature. Since the henna paste is a perishable good, appropriate storage is essential!

    Keep the paste out for ten minutes before using it. Make sure to return it to the freezer after using it for the day. For henna cones, reinstall the pin in the cone's tip and store them in the box they came in for convenience and security.
